Best fresh bread in the Shire! Peter somehow makes you feel that you make his day better, when it's the other way around. Whenever I'm in need of fresh baked goodies, this is where I go!

Lovely people lovely food

Popped here to grab a quick takeaway lunch. Purchased a sausage roll and Vietnamese pork rolls.The man that owned the shop was so lovely and friendly. He advised he opened this bread shop 15 years ago. We spoke about travels and had loads in common, as we were locals.Loved seeing hardworking people who are passionate about their business and enjoyed taking care of their customers.He gave us a free bag of cookies for my toddler and lots of different bakery goods. Such a beautiful and rare gesture to see nowadays, but I politely declined, knowing how hard it is for small businesses because of COVID. However, he insisted. After many rounds of me protesting 'oh no, it's okay!' my toddler interrupted and took the cookies. He also popped the other goodies into our bags.Visiting this gentleman's bread shop made our day. Please support this small business if you're around this area, as I hope he and his family can stay open for many more years.Very reasonable pricing, old school bakery treats and service with a smile. It's a rare 5 stars from us and we're definitely be back to show our support!

Peter is the kindest man, he always has a friendly greeting and he makes the best bread rolls! We always buy rolls there to take to bbqs and we will get asked where they are from. Also love the croissants and kids love the cheese and bacon.

Drove pass the area and stopped to grab a couple pork rolls. Upon walking into the shop, Peter greeted me genuinely, as he prepared my food we chatted about family and where we live/from etc. He ended up gifting me a bunch of free stuff, cookies for the kid, extra bread rolls and other stuff just because... He also wouldn't accept my payment for the extra even though I insisted. Thanks Peter! I will be sure to visit again when I am in the area.

Kindest owner ever. Didn’t have cash on me so he told me to go eat my lunch and come back whenever to pay for it. Came and gave him a $10 tip and in return he insisted i took a whole bag worth of goodies home. Best croissants in the shire. The cheese and bacon rolls are also so yummy. Will be coming back!!!!
