Horrible! This is the most disorganized and terribly run facility I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They incorrectly detail items on the website, people running the phones to clear up errors continue make the same mistakes and send incorrect products. I have had a love-hate relationship with Capezio in the past and now it's back to a solid hatred. I will never purchase from them again, nor will I allow my casts, costumes, or students in Australia or the U.S.
