Friendly and attentive service from the team at Willoughby Automotive Centre when I went to get a pink slip for my 8 year old car.

I cracked a rim when I hit a pothole. Mercedes unable to supply a replacement rim for 2-3 weeks for my current model C43!! These cars come without spare wheels., John found a solution and I was back on the road within 2 days. Well done John, excellent work!

John and Astrid have been able to fit my car into their schedule, even when I've given them very late notice, such as fitting me into cancelled slots. They've always provided great service both in terms of booking, openness about suggested works required to the car and pricing. Read all the reviews and found many had the same bad experiences like I do. Took my car in for pink slip then was told a problem under the bonnet needed to be fixed. Without further information provided I was not convinced then asked for a second opinion in a different garage which passed my car without mentioning the same imaginary problem. Returned to here and asked for my deposit back and was told no money back.Anyone considering using their service might need to think again if you have the time and money to waste.

**Extreme Caution**Paid reviews (on google) fake and easy to spot and no Facebook page…None of the 5 star review and any attention all the one star have been marked “helpful”Our experience dealing with this man and this place was -1.1 star is unfortunately the minimum.The head mechanic John smashed our Caravan while performing a blue slip and refused to drive 5 KM to even look at the damage he caused while moving it.I now have a 3 working stabiliser legs.Excess for a claim major delays in selling because it has 3 legs!The customer service is atrocious.I sent texts, called many times, I had to call the petrol station attached only to be avoided.Charges me close to $80 after quoting me 40-45 but offers me $70 for cash….Absolutely disgraceful!

If you guys need a decent, knowledgeable automotive shop that wont rip you off and value your loyalty instead —- then THIS IS WHERE YOU GO TO GET YOUR CARS SERVICED or get fixed…. Again, THANK YOU THANK YOU… was really blessed and grateful I got referred to you guys!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I found my car is shaking after John replaced my tyres. John is refused to refund and I have to take him to Tribunal to get my refund. His attitude is horrible. And he drives my car to his home at night and also smoke in my car. Definitely not recommending.

John was very helpful and courteous in providing a blue slip for my Subaru Forrester at short notice. Straight forward process and would recommend.Nick
