New timetable for Bus QLD Outback Services BQ201, BQ202, BQ211 & BQ212, effective 6/11/2017.The most notable change is the driver swap no longer takes place at Redbank Train Station, instead moving to the Toowoomba Depot (Toowoomba Transit - 308 Taylor Street Toowoomba).For passengers traveling on the inbound services to Brisbane (BQ202 & BQ212), you can now expect the bus to go from Oakey to the depot (Transit), and then on to the bus interchange, Withcott, etc.For passengers traveling on the outbound services from Brisbane (BQ201 & BQ211), the bus still goes from Withcott to Toowoomba bus Interchange, then to the depot, Oakey, etcA few days ago I experienced the change first hand. In my opinion, the length of time spent at Redbank for the driver swap was reasonable, but the time it took for the drivers to move luggage between the two buses, then get the passengers to change bus was longer. We were told to stay on the bus until the drivers had moved the luggage over to the other bus.Hopefully the process will become faster over the coming weeks.Smokers still need to wait until the Bus Interchange.

Bus driver was friendly, let and arrived as per the ttimetable and prices for long distance travel best all their competitors.

Worst company ever. I hope one day they'll get their act together. They try to lay blame on the customers & take the customer to court when it's actually the BUS COMPANY that's done the wrong thing - failing to pick up passengers & abusing passengers etc then covering up, lying & trying to turn the blame onto the passengers. They place children at risk when they fail to pick them up from school bus zones & many people are forced to wait 3 to 6 months longer to have specialist appointments rescheduled because the bus failed to pick someone up on time to take them to a hospital specialist appointment. They constantly fail to pick up passengers & when you speak up, they lie & take you to court. I wanted to give a minus 100 star rating but it won't let me post a review on here unless it's at least 1 star. SHOCKING, SHOCKING service...
