Very good pet food company, if not the best!Their prices are very affordable regarding the quality of the food. My flat coated retriever loves your lamb and rice!

A La Carte pet care operated by OEM Pet Care Australia Pty Ltd - Totally dishonourable as they don't honour their online sales. They sold me a product online, then they decided it was sold 'too cheap' because of, as they say a 'glitch in the system', they did not even take the time to contact me, a week after I bought the product I had to call them to see what was happening with my order only to be told of their glitch and that they in fact now don't have stock, so they obviously sold the product that I bought to someone else, or they are they selling things online that they don't actually have and they don't disclose that fact online.

Great service. I have a staffy and heard of A La Carte pet food from a friend. They were very friendly and delivery was super fast. I would definately carry on ordering from them.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANYAt the time, I had an 8 weeks old German Shepherd puppy - the breeder fed her A La Carte so I needed to get more. I was told that it would take 1-3 business days to arrive with free delivery - I live in Sydney Metro (30kms away from the warehouse, I also have a newborn so pick up was not an option).After waiting a week (5 business days) I called up and they said that there was a mixup and on its way. Another another 3 business days I complained again as noone has been in touch and they said they would refund me - funds still not received and pet food still not delivered after 10 business days.I have had to get her alternative food (from the supermarket) which has given her an upset stomach as well as order the food from another supplier.

My German Shepperd is a strong dog, thanks to this food. I would not buy her anything else.

We have been ordering from this company for sometime now and had no issues until just before Christmas.The customer service at this company is absolutely appalling. We placed an order on 23/12 and only half of our order arrived on 9/1. The website had no information about holiday closures. I called and emailed asking about it and have received a very blunt response today from Corrine Croonquist. Who also kept insisting to like their Facebook page. I am sorry but with a service like this I will never buy from you again and will definitely not recommend either.

My dad has loved feeding A La Carte to our dog - her coat has gotten so shiny and smooth plus minimal clean up in the backyard! Great price to for super premium

I highly recommend A La Carte, my gorgeous dog has been on A La Carte for many years now and he absolutely loves it.

Best product around. My little Cavoodle Muffin refuses to eat second rate dog food from other companies! Great customer service and delivery driver always sociable. Highly recommend
