I cannot rate Kit highly enough. The growth and healing I've had with our sessions are absolutely incredible. Kit is so easy to talk to and understanding about everything, I dont feel any judgement or embarrassment during our sessions.

Wild and Precious Counselling and Psychotherapy
I think the strongest recommendation I can give is this. Before I saw Kit, I had tried therapy with 10 different practitioners, and each time, didn't feel it got me anywhere. The experience I've had seeing Kit has been the first time I've felt like therapy was working for me.I have ADHD, and if you do, or think you might, and other therapists have not worked for you, I'd strongly recommend her. The free greeting session she offers is awesome too, gives a chance to see if the therapist feels like a good match.

I have had lots of counselling and therapy in my life but of everything I’ve ever tried, Kit stood out for me hugely! She really helped me through some really emotional times and I’ve never met a counsellor who pays so much attention to the details of what I’ve said and really taken the time and put in the effort to understand what I need and bring different types of support to the sessions. I felt so valued and understood and I know who I will call if I ever need support again in the future.Thank you Kit!

Wild and Precious Counselling and Psychotherapy
Kit is absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive at first when it came to counselling, particularly as it hadn't worked well in the past. But, Kit's calm and relaxing presence really put me at ease and naturally I was able to feel comfortable with being open and vulnerable. She is observant and listens in a non-judgemental way, which is so genuine. Her natural self is just incredibly warm and I would absolutely recommend Kit to anyone who is nervous about giving counselling a go; with Kit it is just like talking to a friend, whoo is so personable and kind. Thanks for all that you do Kit!
