I had a fantastic experience. The physio was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me to understand my condition and the treatment plan. They were also very kind and supportive, making sure to address any questions or concerns I had. The sessions were comfortable and professional, and I could see the progress made after each session. I highly recommend this physio for anyone in need of physiotherapy.

I've had a few injuries over the years and each time both Mitch and James have done a great job of bringing me back to full health. They took there time to ensure I understood the cause of both my lower back and knee pain, and got me back to the playing sport again with no lingering issues. Very friendly gents, and would highly recommend.

He taught me how to manage my symptoms, and showed me how to strengthen the muscles around my spine. Very professional and explained things in a way that I understood clearly. The guys at IA really know their stuff! I saw Mitch to help me recover after a ACL reconstruction. He helped me return to work, get back into the gym and even get back on the footy field! Very friendly and he was happy to take his time with me.

James was so helpful for my elderly mum’s physio. She’s a hard patient to treat just quietly (long time nurse with very high standards for medical care and communication) and he helped so much setting up a plan for her knee pain. Great communicator and so much empathy and skill. Really helpful, competent and kind. 10/10
