When I went to see Sharon, I was in a vulnerable place, suffering with episodical depression. While I’m usually a happy & positive person with a lot to be thankful for, now & then the negative experiences from my past would come back to haunt me.I had tried many other therapies to overcome the negative experiences but they didn’t help.The visual NLP Hypnotherapy techniques Sharon used were effective as they were simple and allowed me to get to the core of my issues. I was able to change the stories & images of my past with the truth of my present by getting to the essence of who I am.I also benefited from the sessions with Sharon because of her nature. I instantly felt comfortable & safe around her & it helped that she too had been through similar challenges.I have continued to use the tools she gave me and have been thriving for some time now.
