Had a Mitsubishi unit installed in our bedroom recently.Climatic air came out to give a quote and some invaluable advice on what size unit would suit.Installation was prompt and efficient.Highly recommended.

I had a split system unit installed which required the removal of an old indoor and outdoor unit. Very happy with the Mitsubishi unit which has been a godsend during this cold weather. Other businesses I contacted gave month long wait times whereas Climatic were very quick to respond and install the unit. Definitely recommend!

Hi Damian,Just a quick email to thank you for the fantastic job with our air conditioning.Right from the onset you arrived promptly, on time and professionally attired which immediately inspired confidence in your company.Your quotation as promised arrived the next business day and once we confirmed three days later the date of installation was planned for two weeks out.Mick called by pre installation for a site check and Matt, Nathan and Mick attended to perform the installation as booked.The team were efficient, professional, and courteous right down to Nathan the apprentice seeking me out to ask permission to use a toilet. I commended him on this and made sure Mick knew what a gem of an apprentice he had on the team.The clean up was excellent and the systems are working perfectly.After 38 years of retail myself it is pleasing to see a business that does what it says it will do.There is nothing hard about retail and yet every day I see it destroyed by businesses that don’t care or show respect for customers.Well done on running a successful business and leading a team of employees and contractors that deliver great service and respect.

Very thorough and high quality service, from initial contact to installation.Damien was able to provide a clear plan for what air conditioner we needed for our house. He visited our house ahead of installation to check his proposed solution was the right one.The folks that installed the units were polite, efficient and professional. They were in and out quickly and answered all of my questions.Really rate this company, and would recommend +1.

From my initial call for a quote I found climatic air Geelong to be highly professional and understanding of what I needed. Their Mitsubishi product is high quality and the install was done with quality tradesmen.I would recommend their business to any one looking for a high quality split system, with a very competitive price too.Thanks Damien and fellas.

We went with this mob after seeing the reviews - now I have to wonder if they were made by true customers. The installation was appalling - didn't place grates where agreed, and different size outlets! Then the installer lied why not. The outlet holes in the timber floorboards were cut way too big for any grates (which then had to be custom made!) and then tried to say it wasn't their fault, tried to tell us our builder should have done the return air (UM WHY?) , so WE DID IT. Didn't tell us that they couldn't connect it to our switchboard - we had to ask why it hadn't been done. Damien had the gall to complain how hard i was to get onto " to my partner when I didn't pick up the phone promptly to him one day! We had to insist that they return to connect the boots properly and then tried to charge us full price! Don't touch them with a barge pole."

Air conditioning split system installation was done on time and by knowledgeable team who took pride in their work. Very neat installation. Would highly recommend this business.

I had a split system put in just recently and was very impressed with Climatic's work. On time, polite and very professional. Cleaned up after them and nothing was to much trouble. Thanks very much Damian for such great service. Highly recommended for outstanding service.

Just had the team from Climatic leave after a split system install. Damian's initial advice and experience was really good, and his team of tradies just finished the job. Easy going crew, but quick and efficient and even took their shoes off so as not to bring in mud. Good job.
