Absolutely disgusting customer service from the delivery driver Dave very rude and damaged our gate due to having to wait 2 minutes for $2 as I only had $135 cash on me.When I returned to Dave he winded his window down about 2 cms took the $2 and gave me a filthy look as he turned his truck off .. also I asked if I could pay by card and he said he can’t do that I would have to rebook !Mind you last time the driver called me and said he could take payment over the phone I’m beyond furious right now not sure if I’ll continue to use klm as the driver was just utter rude !It’s a shame because the customer service team on the phone are amazing

Excellent customer service. We ran out of gas and they delivered a new cylinder within 40 mins of calling them. How efficient, Tina and Stephanie were both fabulous. KLM offer very competitive pricing and they are a local company. My husband and I weren't very happy with Elgas and decided to changeover to KLM 2 yrs ago. We are very happy with our decision. I highly recommend this business.

Have been using KLM now for 3 years. Their service is excellent and easy to access. Fast and routine turnaround. They have helped with providing solutions to problems such as pilot light issues and providing up to date equipment for easy management of tanks.

KLM is the absolute best! They have the cheapest prices out of all the gas providers and their service is just above and beyond! Kylie at their office is an absolute super star and she has been an integral help to us dealing with a difficult real estate.If you want affordable gas, stellar service and just an easy enjoyable experience then KLM should be your go to!It is safe to say we stayed with them when we moved houses!

Been with this lot for 3 years, but cause they only have certain days for delivering gas and we ran out so they couldnt get us a spare gas cyclinder until the weekend which meant we had no gas for 3 days. And to make the matters worse we were just down the road from their depot. Looking to change as their services is trash.

I have been with KLM gas for 9 years.Just spoke with the office staff about their prices as we can get gas $20 cheaper the woman on the phone was very quick to throw us away offering to pick up the bottles tomorrow because “we will be back”. Yes we want to support local but after her rudeness and lack of support for loyal customers we will be going elsewhere.
