The staff is too bad, treating their customers in such a bad way, that can't be imagine. I just visited them today a guy was on his duty, he said to me don't ask me anything, just get out, I'm busy get out from my insight.I have ever seen this kind of staff on their stores.

One of the 3 pizzas I ordered was cold and looked like stale and reheated. Rest 2 were tasteless and looked no fresh. Also, I ordered 2 coke no sugar and 1 Fanta but received 2 Fanta and 1 coke no sugar. Always take more than an hour to deliver and make the tracking disabled.

Wish I’d read all the negative reviews before ordering from this store. Went here for the first time and ordered the same pizza I have ordered from other stores. But they managed to stuff up the simplest pizza. Too much sauce, not enough cheese and an old stale crust. Called the next day to complain and request for a refund. Spoke to Nick and then the manager Jimmy. Turns out both wouldn’t know customer service even if it bit them in the nuts. Jimmy even tried to argue with me when I told him it was my first time ordering at this store by saying, “no it isn’t, I’ve seen you many times before.” Is that because we all look alike Jimmy?

Went there because the Ashmore store had relocated yet, the call centre still asks do you want to pick up from Ashmore store( I had no idea the Ashmore store had relocated) google maps and call centre both indicates to go to Southport to collect. Went to counter advised the young mad my name and order, it had already been approx 30 minutes. The youngman said it would be about 6 more minutes, after 10 minutes another young man asked if anyone was waiting ,I said I was gave name and order he could not find it a manger then came out and I gave him name and order. He said he had nothing by that name , yet the other attendant told me to wait. He said it was a call centre error, Ashmore had relocated to crestwood and I should call them. So I said to him so you guys have stuffed my order up and now your just telling to F off and solve myself , and his words were Yep go and F..ing sorted out yourself nothing to do with us we are busy !terrible service

Unfortunately a trip to Pizza Hut over the holidays has affirmed why I shy away from the generic pizza franchises. My BBQ Meatlovers pizza was just loaded with sauce with barely any topping. To make insult to injury, my name wasn't called when the pizza was ready so I had to ask even though I ordered the pizza from the shop and never left the shop. Flat out disappointing and at $22 it was not a cheap experience either.

Ordered online. When I arrived the blonde haired girl said it wasn't ready ( although app said it was ready for pick up) she said to wait ten mins. Then after ten I returned and had to wait another ten. She clearly forgot to make the pizza. No apologies at all, I'd suggest some more training for this staff member. The shop was quiet and she was just texting on her phone most of the time.

Regular chips has approx 14 chips. Was told that is a regular (so basically a childs small). Pizza was made on a flippin bread roll not a pizza base... obviously not made in store. So much sauce and barely any cheese (not distributed very well). Won't be returning. Absolute joke.

The order was sent to the wrong store I was unable to get to this store as I don't have a vehicle and can't drive due to health reasons. I called to see if they could cancel my order as it was all the money I had.The manager refused to cancel or refund any of the order not even the bottled drinks that would be resold. I did ask if they could deliver they said no. I explained I had no way there the manager said it's not his problem.It was physically all the money I had!! I didn't even get eat and it cost me $33
