My first experience with this business was great but everything went downhill during my second encounter. I ordered dog food on an auto delivery, only to receive an email the next day stating that the food was out of stock & would be for some time. I was needing the food delivered that week so I opted to cancel the order and shop elsewhere. Little did I know, they kept my credit card on file and still fulfilled the auto delivery despite me cancelling before the service had even begun. And the real kicker is I never received notification of this auto delivery, I only knew something was up by regularly checking my bank accounts & then received a text message from couriers please a week later saying the delivery was on its way (despite me already emailing to cancel the order I had already cancelled). Anyway, it’s almost 2 weeks now and I’m still waiting for my refund. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this business as their practices are poor.

Very disappointed! Ordered 20kg large puppy and 10kg adult dog food only to find out that the courier service didn’t receive my initial order that was placed 4 days ago. Turns out that they had run out of the chicken and rice adult and didn’t bother to inform me until I phone up to find where my order was!! This is the second time that there was an issue with delivery. Just unacceptable as I now have to wait till Tuesday for my original order to be delivered as the couriers don’t work over the weekend!I very rarely give a review and I feel that 1 star is being generous.

Have been purchasing online from Woonona Pet and Produce for about 6 months now and I am so impressed with their service, products and speedy delivery times. I usually order in the morning and receive my delivery the same day. Great business, great staff and great products!

Hands down the best pet food store in the Illawarra. Great service and best prices.Only let down is range of fish foods, but saying that even the aquarium shops around here have very limited range.

AMAZING prices - the best I could find online or within any store by a country mile.Local Big Petstore wanted to charge me $156 for this product and through Woonona I just bought it for $104 DELIVERED.Unbelievavable - 5 stars for sure. Keep up the great work guys and you'll have me as a customer forever!

I went in for the first time today and I will continue to come back every time I need anything involving my pets! I was helped by an amazing staff member (I didn't catch there name, but I definitely will next time) and they helped me find the perfect food for my older English staffy, as well as my younger pug cross. They love it! Great service and quality. 10/10 recommend

Great staff and good selection of dog and cat food. They also have specials comparable with best on-line shops. It's more a warehouse feel like Bunnings.

After lots of Google searching, I finally found two (almost matching) Kazoo dog jumpers to fit my Lab & Schnoodle on the Woonona Pet Foods (NSW) website. I ordered them (in SA) on Wed 14 June & to much delight of the dogs, they arrived on Tues 20 June. What excellent customer service. Thank you
