Initially I had no Internet connection for weeks, which was verydisappointing & frustrating, until I got in touch with Gary. I was really impressed by the support from Gary - helpful, responsive and patient. He handled every step patiently. & my Landline as well. First of all, I have to say the customer service was very helpful and deserve a 5-star as they managed to resolve my connection issue within a call. I left a 4 star review initially due to not being informed that I had to go through the customer service to get my service connected even though I got an email saying it was connected. That said, the customer service called me back and asked me to change my rating to 5 star or it will affect their performance. Is this how Occom gets their 5 star ratings??? By calling the customer back and asking them to change the rating?? This totally destroys the entire experience.

Very good service, customer service can choose Chinese. The Internet connection is fast and it's easy to set up with your own router. I have problems in the setting process, can directly consult through wechat. Elsa helped me a lot in setting up the network and was very patient.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with an internet provider. We have had no internet for coming up to 1 month now and hour long phone calls 3 or 4 times a week with support who keep telling us to do the same thing over and over again. We’ve restarted and reconfigured the modern (provided by them) no less than 10 times for them to say they’ll need to call us back when it still doesn’t work and then the call goes along the same line all over again. We’ve requested a technician several times which they are not even considering and on top of that told us we would have to pay for it. We already paid $300 to get a technician in for our initial set up.Literally nothing good to say about the experience.
