Direct Hotels - Sea Breeze Mooloolaba

Spend a night here as my partner surprised me with an night away, was great everything was clean, had a good view. Unfortunately my partner is still waiting on his $150 deposit that he had to put down for us to stay there. We left the room in an immaculate condition and no damage was done what so ever we were told by reception that he would get the money back into his account after check out. Call up 2 days later to find out what was going on the lady said to him it could take up to 28 days for him to get his $150 back! My partner and myself hardly go away but to be told you could wait up to 28 days to get back your own money is ridiculous.

The location of the building itself is pretty close to the beach with around 1-2 minutes of walk. The room though seems like it has a lack of furnitures. Some furnitures doesn’t work and one of the locks on the bathroom door didn’t work. Other than that, it is mostly fine and pretty comfortable. Overall, it was a nice experience and I recommend the accomodation!

Absolutley disgusting. Highly dissapointed. 2 bedroom apartment,family of four yet they only provide a 2 seater couch, with stains on them! Stains on their dooners and sheets. Never felt so uncomfortable and disgusted, expected a lovely clean hotel, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Absolutely shocked at the state of this apartment.. honestly doesn't deserve a star! Could have stayed at a much better place, much more options out there with same price and great quality.

This was the best apartment we stayed at , after being ripped off by Caribbean resort, we booked this place the staff, page I believe her name was absolutely lovely she took into consideration our requests and matched a prefect room for us. The room was clean, new , neat and tidy, absolutely amazing, great price things were provided in the room, definitely recommend this to everyone, we will be back.

Great apartment we lived in for a week. Took a star off since there isn't much of a view. The hot water temperature is adjustable in the laundry room, which I sadly did not notice until our last night there. The previous person had set a ridiculously high temperature and I felt like a boiled prawn when I showered. So take note of this if you want to adjust your shower temperature too!

So we stayed here for a week and were quite disappointed considering the price you pay. It was obviously for the location, but nothing else.The Positives...The staff were lovely and went out of their way to get us a clothes airer from another hotelThe location is amazing as less than 5 minute walk and you are at the beach, cafes, shopping etcThe Negatives...Carparking is atrocious, we struggled with a medium car and it is very tight and narrow to drive intoLinen filthy and stainedCrockery and Cutlery filthyDining table filthy, covered in fingerprintsDining chairs all sun damaged and crackedBalcony blinds all damagedBalcony dangerous for childrenKitchen tap handle brokenNo shelving in one bedroom so had to leave everything in suitcase for the weekAnd the worse bit was the air conditioner wasn't working properlyHolidays are expensive and I wish that I didn't have to write this. We had waited 2 years for our holiday, due to covid, and we finally got to go and we were let down. All of these things could have been easily attended to to make our stay a lot more enjoyable. I really think you need to thoroughly check your rooms.My sister stayed at another place which was $1,000 cheaper. Her apartment was close to the beach, had a pool, was much bigger and the standard of the room was far betterMy

Unit is in a nice spot, close to restaurants and CafeMaybe don't advertise ocean view as it is not..yes you can see bits but it's not a view.Cupboard door under sink fell off, told reception to which we were told yes we know just push it back in. The coffee tables were not clean with cup rings and dust all over them. Fingerprints all under the glass table ..so couldn't miss that , that had not been cleaned.Tiles broken in the kitchen would lift up and were sharp.No towels in master bedroom.Pillowcases on main bed dirty dust on walls in bedroomsBedding was stained on the covers ,I could go on.. over all the price you pay go to stay here just isn't right when you don't have a seaview and the place was dirty.

We have just returned home from Mooloolaba and are very happy with our holiday there. SeaBreeze was great. Modern, comfortable and sparkling clean. Very comfy beds (even praised by my two boys :) ), plenty of wardrobe space, very pleasant and well-stuffed kitchen. We really enjoyed our nights on the balcony, with fresh breeze from the ocean and beautiful views in every direction. We could see mountains in the distance, river , and even some waterfront from our level-5 apartment.The location is awesome - 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach and the heart of the Esplanade. A lovely coffee place and restaurants right near the doorstep.This was our fifth stay in Mooloolaba and second in Seabreeze. I can tell you honestly - this place beats three other hotels we stayed in in Mooloolaba (where we paid for big names and stuffy rooms). I am so surprised with reviews I have read below. Cannot agree at all.One thing that convinces me to come again is the loveliest staff working in Direct Hotels SeaBreeze. Things can break (as they do in our own homes), particularly when kids play around. But everything gets cleaned and fixed so quickly, effortlessly and with a pleasant smile. I did not find our previous places in Mooloolaba matching the combination of convenience, service and price.

This is ok but not great. We felt that the fit out was lacking in furniture especially with just one chair and one two seater in the lounge. For a two bedroom apartment this is inadequate. Otherwise it was well fitted out with all you would need for a short stay. Staff were excellent. Close ..super close to everything. The appartment was clean enough but not sparkling thats for sure. Lots of previous renters finger prints all over the place, fridge, bench top, etc. In a covid world this needs to be better. Would we stay again? Yes.

A quick word regarding the amazing support and assistance with a short notice date change at Mooloolaba Sea Breeze.My partner and I had booked, and were planning to arrive tomorrow, however I've developed COVID symptoms and needed to postpone short notice - the staff assisted me in a charming, friendly and courteous manner ensuring mine, and other guests health and safety was protected, but also assisting me in changing dates quickly and efficiently.We are looking forward to our, now postponed, stay with Sea Breeze but wishes to offer our thanks, and this positive review for the ease, professionalism and consideration given during our recent interactions.On this alone, I would highly recommend this business.
