Always delicious. Far outweighs the usual domino's, capers and pizza hut brands

Ordered 2 pizzas through the Menulog app at 6pm. App states delivery by 6.40-6.50pm. No driver assigned by 6.50 and delivery time pushed to 7.20pm.Tried calling but reached an automated message to text a mobile number. We sent our Menulog order number through for an update but had no response.By 7.30pm with a driver still not assigned we gave up and cancelled the order. Upon advising the mobile number of our cancellation I received a very confusing response of why we were waiting for so long. The gist of it sounds like they prioritise customer orders, food ordering apps being put at the bottom. So basically you’re not an important enough customer if you’re not there face to face.Why have a delivery service if you can’t even pay attention to the app that people are going to use. You can’t even order over the phone so how else are you supposed to order delivery. Don’t use being busy as an excuse, customers don’t care, we just want our food and to be communicated with if there’s going to be an exorbitantly long wait.Waste of time, almost a waste of money, confusing response from the business… wish I could comment on the food but I feel like this would have been a disappointment as well.EDIT: We received ZERO pizzas. I can’t give back food which NEVER reached our doorstep.

This was by far the best pizza i’ve ever had in my life. Delivery took a while, however, well worth the wait for what i recieved. The man was very kind and very nice when deliverying it and overall made my night. Thank you so much.

Absolutely dreadful. I ordered through Menulog in advance. Order placed at 4:50pm for 6:20pm delivery. Order arrived at 7:20pm, after driver had sat at restaurant since 6:40, as restaurant advised them of a 6:45pm delivery time. Pizzas were vile - a bunch of frozen ingredients chucked onto frozen bases. Bolognese was appreciated by exhausted 4 year old who had waited far too long for her dinner. Never ordering here again.

Missing 2 pizzas and an empty box that you can clearly see no pizza was put in. Taste like cardboard and delivery took well over time. I'm hungry

It is rubbish, rocks up cold half hour late, looks like a car crash. Don't waste your money or time. First time last time tell your friends.

Both times I've ordered the steak sandwich from here & they have tasted amazing I highly recommended it and was happy with the had customer service from Aaron too.
