Your Best Interest, Not First!I had used Thomas Associates on a three year period for my personal Tax Returns. It wasn't in till my last year that I had enough. Shane made me feel like it was a hassle when ever I came to them for their help and it was always such a struggle getting information for the maximum amount I could claim. After I found a new Accountant, I was inform that Thomas Associates had missed a Group Certificate and a Number of Receipts.

I have been to see Shane, for over 10 years now, and will not go anywhere else. Shane is very Efficient, very fast and professional at what he does!!You would be wise to book appointments tho!!

I generally do not review to be honest! However I have just visited Shane for my Tax Return this morning. I want to say I trust him with all my tax / business necessities! Shane is always polite, caring, honest and extremely valuable with his knowledge.I do not have a Buisness anymore but if I did he would be the man, but for every normal tax return he is one of the Best in Townsville, reliable , lovely person, affordable but mostly honest!
