E-Shutters

1 star is a generous review, after our experience. Firstly, they cancelled our quote appointment at the last minute and rescheduled with no valid reason. After accepting the quote, a day / time for installation was confirmed. I took the day off work to be home for this and they never showed up. When I rang to ask why, they had no record of the appointment, so rescheduled for later in the week. I took that day off work to be home as well, and once again, no show! Now they will not respond to my communication. There won't be a third time for this, and I strongly advise you to avoid dealing with this company if you value quality and commitment.

Have just had plantation shutters installed - and we are thrilled! Installed in under two weeks- perfectly fitted and for a fraction of the price of three other quotes. I'm in the building industry and thought I'd give them a go (recommended by a friend) and couldn't be happier! Great looking product and they've made an enormous difference to the house. Highly recommended!

I was actually going to get rollers blinds installed initially but then a visit to a mate's house and he recommended me eshutters. I called up Lee and the price quoted by Eshutters was really competitive. From the time of the quote to installation was in two weeks. Really good quality install. The only challenge i have had was the occasional difficult communication due to English not being first language but i can live with that. Both Lee and the installer were always very polite and respectful.

Mr Lee made big promises and when it was time to deliver it was shock for us to see that all the alignment to the windows were not correct. The way he manufactured the product was having a difference of upto 15mm. Then when called to discuss he was just shouting... and yelling back to while standing in my house.Please do not waste your time with this cheap and useless company.

Claims to have lifetime warranty but won't honour faulty product. The owner is from China with a poor command of english and is hard to communicate to.When I mentioned Fair claims, he threatened to damage my property indirectly. Decided it was not worth it to go through the hassle and heartache. Won't recommend them at all.CHEAP PRICES, CHEAP QUALITY, DODGY PEOPLE. Stay away.

Great service. Fast turnout and great value for the quality shutters we had installed. Friendly staff who were polite and ensured all our needs were met. Would recommend if you’re after shutters for your home or business.

We ordered shutters over 6 weeks ago and have been chasing for the last 3. He never answers his phone. When he does he guarantees a product on a certain day and we go to collect and he lets us down again and again. We have gone 3 times to collect with no success. If you can't do something then be honest . Don't string people along and let them down time and time again. Would never use this company again as they have no consideration and this is no way to run a business.

Wish I can give 0-Star but I have to throw in 1 to write a review.Worst to deal with company.It was a simple job. I just want to buy supply only ---> measured the sizes of windows myself ---> went in their factory and met with the owner Lee and told him I want to order 4 x 2 plantation shutters doors. He could of tell me how much it cost right away but he can't be bother attitude just rushing me to go and told me ready in 2 weeks.Next few days I've been messaging to ask him but no reply ---> then I start ringing him many times. 1 week later he finally pick up my calls. After I asked him the how much it cost he replied I'll let you know".But nothing happen and few days later I have to message him again. it was Friday. He then replied "Tuesday afternoon Ok"he meant Tuesday pick up... but how much it cost ? I asked him again? ---> still no reply ---> another week passed today is Thursday already. What a jokes ---> wasted my 3 weeks time. I could of order from somewhere else and have it done already.his attitude was terrible. he doesnt care about customers ---> you try to talk and explain things but he just push you away quickly."
