Meiya Range Hoods

當初我說我要台灣的，老闆說這是，結果今天才知道並不是。當初買了以後就開始後悔，超難清潔，常常火打很久還出不來，失望。

I would like to rate zero I can. The owner of this shop is a hopeless person and a big liar. I even reported to fair trading NSW. Unfortunately they cannot help as well, because he refused to resolve the issue with me. Then the fair trading ask me to sue him in the court which I will do and it does matter how long and how much will cost because I don’t want to anybody else to get cheated by him. Their shop sells faulty stove and refuses to refund even by the law, whoever buys the faulty item should have the rights to get a refund anytime they want but for his shop it’s NO. He said in his shop only repair and NO refund! So everybody who wants to go to his shop must be careful!!!

One of the worst customer service ever experienced. Bought things for our kitchen, went back home to find out that the screws needed wasn’t provided. Went back and asked if we could get the screw parts. The old guy started raising his voice and saying stuff in his language. Never ever going back or recommending this place to anybody I know. I really hope that karma comes back and he receives the same energy that he has given us.

I would rate zero. The owner is such a pillock. We bought a natural gas stove but the idiots gave us an LPG one! Then he comes over to help us install but guess what? The guy that comes is unlicensed AND he tries to charge us EXTRA MONEY FOR AN UNLICENSED INSTALLATION. Furthermore they are in denial and despite all the evidence (it even SAYS LPG" on the box) the owner doesn't give us the right stove. Don't go but woe betide you those low prices are knock-offs in disguise!!!!"

I had my Meiya range hood for 20 years. It broke down few days ago then I bought the same model because no worry of dimensions with our kitchen cabinets. Easy to clean and powerful.
