DONT GET YOUR PHONE FIXXED HERE!I went and got my iphone 8plus screen fixed at this place and with them returning my phone it now does not charge the speakers dont work and my headphones dont sit in my phone properly. i watched them fix my screen and they were not careful one bit. This place is now trying to say that when i took my phone into there store to get fixed the frame of my phone was damaged. My frame was never damaged before i took it in. my screen now hangs out of my phone.They are refusing to fix my phone as they are claiming that it isnt there fault that now my phone doesnt work properly.

Lady spent 5 minutes putting screen protector on, taking great care. Screen protector was totally reasonable cost, and if anyone gets on here complaining about a small business, low dollar item business, they're total scumbags. These people work long hours, have micro margins on their stock, and should not have to put up with bogans complaining about anything. Great little store. 5 stars.

Made enquiries about a replacement Huawei screen. The guy said it would have to be a special order and couldn’t give me a price. Obviously not interested in my business.

I would not under any circumstances use this shop again to repair an IPad or IPhone under any circumstances. My experience was terrible. I took my IPad to be repaired as I had lost all screen visuals. I was quoted $170. I picked up the repaired IPad and it flickered continuously. When using notes it typed rubbish unassisted. Upon inspecting the IPad I could clearly see where the screen had not been glued down properly. I took it back to the Ezy Ezy Savers. The alleged repairer told me the IPad was not functioning correctly because either I or my children (they were never near the IPad) had tried to force the screen off with a knife? He was abusive and told me as it was my fault I would have to pay to have it repaired again. I took the IPad to a competent IPad Repairer in the city and they stated the screen had been glued crooked to the base. They stated the screen was not trimmed correctly and the workmanship was extremely poor and well below acceptable standards. As a lot of teenagers have their phones repaired at Ezy Ezy Savers my advice is not to let them usethis repairer. The workmanship will be below standard and the repairer will become aggressive and lie if the faulty work is returned. There are far better around at a far better price

Ezy Saver or Ezy Scamer? Rang up, got a price to fix phone $345. Dropped it off, went to collect and was told the price was $445.Had me over barrel since I had no proof of the price quoted on the phone, also wanted cash payment. Be wary, get price confirmed in person.On a positive the phone was repaired within an hour and seems good so far.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!!!!!! Took my phone here just to get the usb -c connector fixed. They didn't fix it properly so it still wont charge properly. They also damaged the glass back of my phone and told me it was due to water damage. Rubbish. As I said DO NOT GO HERE!!

Do not trust this man with your belongings, took an iPhone there with a cracked screen, the phone (other then the cracked screen) was in perfect working order. He took out the Touch ID so now the phone wont even recognize finger prints and the button He replaced it with is extremely flimsy and looks as though it is about to fall out. We took the phone back and tried to explain the issue. As soon as we mentioned a problem he completely turned. He wouldn’t look at us, wouldn’t let us talk, wouldn’t listen. He started yelling “no no not my problem it a software issue” and stated that if we plugged in into the computer that would fix it. So we did but as predicted it wasn’t fixed. We took it back and told him, I then stated that under consumer law he had to fix it as it was working when we gave it to him. He started screaming “get out I’m not listening to you whilst threatening me” i told him it’s not a threat it’s the law. He refused to do anything after this so we left. This man is extremely arrogant and useless at his job. Spend your money on something better
