Shaun Luck at Beds R Us Joondalup is amazing. My wife and I spent hours in his store over a few different visits, trying out the beds and getting Shaun's input. He was incredibly patient and generous with his time - never once making it seem like we were being a nuisance, no matter how long we spent there or how many questions we asked. He also went out of his way to take the best possible care of us in a couple of different ways, which was far above and beyond the level of service we were expecting. We had been to many bed stores, but we bought our bed from Beds R Us and we're glad we did. Thanks Shaun! :)

Son bought a mid price range bed from these guys for his guest room, best sleep ever! I decided to buy the same bed for my guest room, and ultimately swapped it for my own (a much more expensive mattress). Excellent product. Thx Shaun for all your help.
