Sirius College - Meadow Fair Campus (Years 7-12 Boys)

Very bad school. I would rather go to a public school, there are very bad teachers and the students are not a good influence. TRUST ME AVOID THIS SCHOOL

One of the most Unwelcoming, racist and inconsiderate schools in the Northern Suburbs. The School has a lack of morals and ethics, teachers and management fail to recognise the truth and allocate resources to better equip themselves to compete and prepare students for the real world once leaving school. Sirius College is to focused on building students who are solely focused on a number at the end of year 12, rather than building self confidence and knowledge and social skills. As shocking as it is to say public schools within the same vicinity are providing better care and support for there students and are more willing to actually support their students, rather then spend time degrading and belittling students.

My brother was refused crutches while he was injuired and the receptionist was extremely impolite to us and refused to provide crutches only for the time while he was at school. So he had to walk on his injuired leg, risking injuiring it further rather than assisting a student in need for the day

Sirius College is the school for the better. It teaches students essential values and keeping a good work environment. The teachers prioritise learning as well as keeping education fun and easy to learn will 100% recommend this school to parents.

I just enrolled into this school and have to say this school is been brilliant for me, my peers are respectful caring, the teachers are always engaged with the students, the education here in Meadow fair is amazing and with the help of the teachers, it is very easy to understand a very difficult topic. I would've given it a 5 starts but with the facilities it isn't that impressing. Overall have to say Meadow Fair is well deserved to be Victoria's top atar scoring schools.

Sirius college Mfc is an ok campus hopefully we can see improvements due to the new gym being built. We have wide green space in the school and multiple sports areas. Most of the teachers are qualified and are competent in the subject they teach. The school should better spread out their assessments to lessen the burden on students and increase recess time from 20 mins to at least 30-35.The teacher can be a bit strict and a bit harsh but they do it to help the students.Although I share a concern with my fellow peers about the Art teacher I have heard she is a bit racist and she tells other people that they are talking back to her when they try to talk to her.The other teachers are pretty okay but the school needs to improve the elective standards.

I'm giving this feedback as a concerned parent. I chose this college thinking that my son will have better education and best manners. But I regret to say that I no longer recognise my boy. He was such a respectful and caring boy and had the best manners prior to starting this school. He He is under constant stress and all he ever talks about is video games and entertainment. He has no interest in learning or sports or even religion because apparently his religion teacher plays movies such as the dictator for them rather than teaching them about religion and manners. If you want your son to have a better future please please do not send him here.

I graduated in 2016. This school was the source or a lot of mental issues for me. Very unhealthy and unethical environment. Operates solely focused on grades, at the expense of students social skills and does not prepare anyone for the real world. The poor environment has mentally damaged all my friends who went to this school, even those who were very extroverted. To provide an example of why you shouldn't go to this school, or send your child to this school is that it became a trend to spit on the carpets and make moaning sounds in class. This happened on most school days and became normalised. Surely being in this type of environment every day is by no means healthy. Attached are images of proof. Featuring, my school diary which got spat on. Is this the pinnacle of modern single sex private education?

This schools is an ideal school to send driven young men who have a goal for excelling in life. As this is not a public school, students who do the wrong this are not tolerated. They are given every chance to modify their behaviour but ultimately the school will remove them if they are unable to act in a socially acceptable manner. The school is education focused with excellent staff and technology in the classrooms when compared to the public sector. While the school is in need of a renovation, this is coming very soon. I would not hesitate to send my son to Meadowfair as I know he would get a better education than any other comparable public school in the area.

Passionate and experienced teachers who will go above and beyond for their students. Have seen many happy graduates from Sirius College. It's a very good school in the area.
