Steep walk and deafening cicadas, but it’s lovely to listen to the river flowing. Also, the gum trees and blooming Christmas trees are beautiful!

Great swimming spot. Close to Engadine, but feels a million miles away. Just be prepared for the walk back.Great spot to bring a well behaved doggo.

It can be a nice and short hike being mindful of the over-grown bushes at the same time. There is a lagoon to look out as well within the periphery.

Tranquility +++ This location had the most tranquil and peaceful vibe. The walk was a little steep to go down from the Woronora Rd entrance however was much more appreciated than the hike back up. Once down and at the water it was beautiful. The water was so still and the natural beauty of the trees and greenery was refreshing. A good break from the rat race.

Great spot for the pooches to have a swim in some clean water. Not many spots around Sydney like this so need to look after it. I imagine it would be very busy in summer, we have made this our local little bush walk with the dogs now
