Cheap TV Video Audio Repairs

Dropped my cassette deck here for a service and belt replacement/speed adjust, and a little over a week later got a message saying job was complete. Very happy with the service and price.

Had dvd/vhs combo repaired a little while ago. Working perfectly. More than happy time and price wise. Previously fixed??? twice by large company. Was worth the trip out of our area.

I do not recommend this business!I left my Akai amplifier with Gary for 16 months, eventually picking it up yesterday (22/04/2020) covered in a thick layer of dust with no repairs completed. I dropped my amplifier off to Gary in December of 2018 as I suspected that the transformer had failed. By mid 2019, after calling several times and being told that 'it would be looked at tomorrow' I eventually gave up all hope that my amplifier would be repaired in a timely manner. I assume that my amplifier was put aside for easier and more profitable repair jobs, and was then forgotten about entirely. While I understand that the owner is having difficulty keeping up with the amount of work that he is receiving, even just one phone call to inform me if the amplifier was repairable would have been appreciated.

I decided to give this place a go for a repair on the speaker surrounds of my YAMAHA sound bar. Now I wish I didn’t. I dropped it off in March with a quote of $70-$100 with a 1-3 week turnaround. 4 weeks later I called to ask how it was going and Gary was yet to order the foams. Another 4 weeks later I called and Gary told me he would start working on it. Another 4 weeks again and he said he’d do it that night. After what was 7-8 calls and 3 months, he had done it. Not once did Gary apologise for the time taken or provide any reason. When I went to pick it up, the price was $90. I spoke to him about offering some remedy given the time taken for the repair and he told me that the price stood. After agreeing to the price, I notified him that I would leave a review and he told me never to come back (3 month warranty haha). I hope this review stands as a tool for future potential customers because if I had read this, I would certainly not be coming here.

Brilliant service - emailed with enquiry got an immediate response to bring my denon avr in. It had lost the front right speaker.Dropped it off on a Wednesday avo, got phone call early Thursday with a yes we can fix and a quote- told them to go ahead and was fixed ready to pick up on the Friday afternoon.And the denon works perfectly again

Don't go here he was good awhile ago but 7 months ago left my LG unit there he doesnt answer the phone and everytime I visited him told me he would do it the next day never did. Finally took it back from him without it being fixed. First he had trouble finding it and basically ignored me when he gave it back to me. So beware if you want your item fixed within a short time not going to happen.

If only I could give no stars. Went to get my Nana's TV fixed by this bloke, went to pick it up and when he was finished, he knocked it on the way downstairs to give it to me. (Didn't check to see if it still worked.) I got back to my Nana's plugged it in and the screen was broken. When I went back to ask him about it he flat out denied it and wouldn't take responsibility. Wouldn't fix it afterwards even with a supposed 3 month warranty. Bit of advice, don't go through this company to fix your stuff.

Diagnosed problem with my turntable on the spot but after 2 months and about 10 unanswered phone messages I had to pick it up unrepaired. He knows his stuff and is cheap but obviously can't cope with the backlog of jobs. After handing it back he unhelpfully commented that it was an easy fix". Be prepared to wait and be kept in the dark. Otherwise go elsewhere."

Brought in a part for my subwoofer. Business owner was extremely knowledgeable, punctual and professional. He fixed the part and contacted me within a few hours of dropping it off. Very pleased with the results, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend.
