Washing machine stopped working. With a 7 month baby, needed the washing machine to be repaired asap. Booked the visit a day later( rang the other place but bestec has the ealiest date). The repairer rang me before he arrived. The repairer tested the washing machine thoroughly. He identified the issue and fixed it. He explained what happened and what need to do next if it stops working again. Happy with the service overall.

The technician came promptly, diagnosed the oven and immediately knew what to do. 20 minutes later the oven was fixed. Extremely happy with the service and the outcome and would highly recommend these guys if you have an appliance issue!

I contacted your company to address the issue with my broken dishwasher and agreed to pay a call-out fee of approximately $120. I was informed that a new part would need to be ordered, which I promptly did. Unfortunately, due to delays with Australia Post, it took five days for the part to arrive in Perth. To my dismay, upon receiving the part, I was informed that it was incompatible with my dishwasher. While the company did refund the cost of the equipment I had purchased, it did not resolve the problem with my broken dishwasher, leaving me frustrated and without a functional appliance. Furthermore, I did not receive any follow-up communication or assistance from the company. Consequently, I had no choice but to purchase a brand new dishwasher, resulting in a significant waste of the initial call-out fee of approximately $120.

Same day appointment and was extremely knowledgeable. Came got the job done, fixed it and saved me having to purchase a brand new washer. Thanks again! Have this number saved for all our white food repairs!

Managed to get an appointment the very next day even after calling later in the afternoon the day before. Called me before arriving and went through the whole washing machine to retrieve my wedding ring.Incredible service and will definitely use again!
