Unfortunately, i have a very difficult cat to groom. But Barbara is always patient and careful. I do have to go in and hold my boy to be shaved as he can be aggressive, but he needs it done as he gets serious mats.

I have been a customer for many years and I was very unhappy with my dogs last groom and the response I received when I complained. His coat was clipped very uneven, he had been clipped very close to the skin around his eyes and he seemed quite distressed when I picked him up. I called and spoke to Barbara to advise that I wasn't happy. I also returned with my dog & I spoke with a male who told me that the groomer had only been doing it for 3 months and that the result of my dogs groom was luck of the draw". I was charged full price and at no point was I offered any compensation for the poor job. Will not be back!"

I am so lucky I heard about this place. My greyhound only needs nails clipped, for which I was paying bet$30-40. At Boronia Dog&Cat it was $10. And great job they did. DeeDee will be back.

I take my Selkirk Rex cat Tigger to have his nails clipped on a regular basis. He becomes feral when I try to clip his claws! Barbara is lovely, and Tigger is quite happy on pick up. I highly recommend Barbara and her team.

I have been here just a couple of times to get my cheeky cats nails cut because I really struggle to do it myself! The way Barbara calmly handles my cat so effortlessly, was truly amazing to watch! She really is a professional and was happy to educate and provide tips for me to do it myself. Highly recommended, she is amazing at what she does!

Barbara is such a great cat groomer. I have taken my two Ragdolls there for quite some time and the cats were calm and happy. Because of shifting farther away, we can't come anymore and the cats and myself miss Barbara greatly.Felix and Mitzi say hello to you, Barbara, best cat groomer ever
