Nothing but good things to say about this place. Always friendly service and delicious pizzas. Not super greasy like Dominoes is which makes it much more palatable. Toppings and sauce were also very evenly spread on the pizza. I delivered through Menulog and the food arrived hot and absolutely delicious. I would 100% recommend ordering pizza from Pizza Hut Gladstone!

Young guy behind the counter was fine but there the good ended. When I went to eat my pizza the topping fell off in my lap and floor. And didn't expect the wings to be smothered in sauce. Thought the sauce would come in punnets. Couldn't eat them. Probably won't go back.

Warm, attentive, efficient staff. Was a little disappointed w my pizza....crust v thick. Tasted great but could have had more generous toppings.

Had pizza arrive one having no cheese , and then I handed it back to delivery driver. Tried to contact store to request a refund and apparently the lines were busy I sat on hold for 30mins and ended up hanging up.

Just had the 3 +3 deal delivered and all three pizzas were undercooked with raw dough while the toppings were dry and burnt. All three pizzas were fed to our dogs. Disgusting

I got one of the best pizzas I have ever had in my life last night 3rd Dc 2019 (gluten free base, cheese, with extra cheese and pepperoni), and it still tasted amazing the next day when it was cold. It was the perfect pizza, crispy base on edges but still soft and not burnt. Gluten free has never tasted so GOOD! I loved it. I've been eating nothing but leftover pizza all day. 10/10 would recommend.

When you order a Supreme without Pineapple and you get this. Walk up order and obviously did not listen to my order. Whilst there 2 orders were wrong with customers returning the order. Also whinging and swearing about your staff in front of customers is not the right thing to do.
