The Beauty & Brow Parlour Central West

I've been going to beauty and brow parlour for a couple of years now to get my eyebrows threaded. Having just moved over to the west, I found this was the closest store to me (formerly Chadstone). The lady that was working last night was very friendly and welcoming, and took her time doing my eyebrows. I did not feel rushed or pressured (which admittedly I have experienced during peak times at other locations) - to the contrary, she was quite particular and professional. On a more general note about the beauty and brow parlour chain, these are great places to go and get your eyebrows quickly and simply cleaned up, for a reasonable price. If you have a tricky eyebrow shape, are very particular about the way your eyebrows look, or you want more of an experience" when getting your eyebrows done (e.g. benefit brow bar)

Always very happy coming here for brows thread and tint.

I spent $35 to have my toe nails cut only to do it my self that night I wanted the dead skin rub off not good at all thanks but no thanks won't be back

This place used to be great years ago, but the last 2 times the ladies have made me bleed when doing upper lip and eyebrow threading. They need to be taught better. I will not be coming here again!

I went today to do my eyebrows and it should close normally around 5pm. But I just entered and the lady told me, we closed and it was 3:56 pm. If they change the time/ their business hours, they should mention that to their website properly. I am very unhappy.

I just went to the central west to shape my brows with my little sisters and received the worst, most disgusting and immature customer service ever. All shapes were uneven, a reaction occurred and flesh was cut off and the lady said “it’s because you weren’t holding it tight” blaming it on us when my little sister stopped holding it because she was in so much pain and told the lady it hurt but she kept going. On top of that, I requested a refund and the lady refused (there was no “no refund” sign or policy displayed) and asked if we wanted it thinner but that’s not what we wanted my sister fell into tears because nothing could be done. This lady should NOT Be working here. She is not qualified and does not carry the traits to work in this industry. She is terrible at her job and does not show any respect towards young customers. All said was in a kind and civil manner however the words she was saying was not.I do not tolerate this behaviour and neither should anyone else. Do not come here

I have never been here and thought I would have my eyebrows threaded while in the centre - which was done efficiently. However the lady caught my skin with the thread which hurt. No acknowledgment of this or apology. By the time I got home I had a sore on my eyelid. Won’t go back.

The worst brow parlour i have been to. Rude service and my eyebrows were out of shape and I had to go another parlour to fix fhat. Please do t go in there if u want ur brows alive.
