I made the long drive to Mooroopna for a dirty cup of what ever the hell they call that! Dirty water would be the best description for their so called cappuccino. The store was also that bloody noisy I can almost forgive them for not adding sugar to my cappuccino order.

Why do you park me when no one is behind me then bring my food out within 30 seconds of being parked. I know it’s all about your timer. Manager was rude when I politely said no one is behind me and no one drove thorough while I wrote this review. 11am 28/06/23

I ordered a classic Angus meal and a Mc spicy chicken burger from the drive through. When I went home and open my bag, they didn’t give me the Mc Spicy and they have charged me the money. It is not the first time they didn’t give me all the food I order!!!!!!

Went to the counter to order as I only had cash. Had the manager keep telling me to use their ordering machines. As I said to her several times I am paying with cash so I can’t use the machines. After 15 minutes she decided to organise someone to serve me. Ordinary and lazy staff members especially from a manager.

Just called in for a quick bite and were very impressed, we are seniors and had many visits to Maccas across the country, so we know and this was the best, quick friendly service, food was fresh and HOT, well done to all the team.

We have always stopped here because of the great service and coffee. Sandra was a standout employee who made everything easy. Today there must have been a staff shortage, long wait to order, no mugs anymore, banana bread’s butter was melted, coffee was overfilled, spilt everywhere when I took off the lid and it was the wrong order. It was rectified but nowhere near the same standard we have found when passing through.

6 staff was talking to each other, food was there and just 1 girl serving at the front. My food was cold and yuck. 25/4/2023 Anzac day

Got my mcdonalds in shep mixed up! So had to look at a map!Went through drive through to get an iced coffee and they couldn't do coffee... so had to drive right through. Service was fine, but I think sometimes if something isn't going to work, maybe put a sign up on the take away board.
