Couldn't be happier with the customer service. My daughter bought a pair of pants with her own birthday money and despite trying on for size in store, the next size up would have been the better option. We'd already thrown the tags out but Nike Eastland were happy to exchange for the bigger size. Thanks! P.s. my daughter LOVES the yoga pants she bought.

I have reviewed on the Nike website already but wanted to say thank you to Milla at Eastland Nike store for her wonderful customer service. She wasn’t pushy but patient and very helpful. I would return to this store as the service was spot on.

Amazing staff. Visited the store today and they were very helpful in finding sizes. One of the pairs I was after ended up being out of stock for the size. They were on the phone trying to get confirmation from the fountain gate store for mins with no answer. We ended up going to fountain gate and it turns out that they kept trying and managed to get to them over the phone, and asked them to put aside the pair I was after. That their justifies my review for great customer service.Update: the collection keeps getting smaller and smaller I feel. Fountain gate store has a better collection.

Super impressed with the service from Eleni at the Eastland store. She was friendly when we walked in without being overbearing at all. I originally said I was looking first then Eleni overhead me saying to my Mum I wasn’t sure what I needed for running she came over and offered her help and suggestions based on her own experiences. Once she’d helped me pick a few things out she said ‘I’ll come over and you can come out and show me and I’ll give you my opinion because I love doing that!’ And it was the perfect level of sass and fun. She helped me find the perfect running gear, she was genuine and never at all was pushy or made me feel I had to purchase anything. It truly was like having a friend help me out. Thank you Eleni!

I often come into the Nike store at Eastland and have always had fantastic service that has been provided to me.Myself and my husband always purchase our shoes from Nike and are greeted with a friendly smile from Rihanna.Rihanna goes above and beyond to help us each time she is a pleasure to speak to and an asset to the store.There will more purchased from us :)
