This place is conveniently in a city centre. Snow city is located right next to Caltex petrol station. Friendly and welcoming staff provided great service. Snow city sells all the snow gear, you would need for the snow. Products range from ski gear to chains and racks for cars. Reasonable prices!

A little bit busy when we visited this afternoon. The lady who was serving us initially kinda overwhelmed and forgot about us so I had to redo the paper work. A few people arrived after us had been attended first not sure if returns get priority. In the end the male representative took over and got everything sorted for us. Very efficient and gave us genuine advice we enjoyed our 20% off ski hire offer referred by our resort.

Nice, knowledgable staff, great prices and gear.Had someone take my snowboard by accident on my third day on the slopes, they were very helpful in tracking the customer that took my board and gave me a free upgrade to performance skis instead on the last day.Will come back and get my gear from snow city next time =)

Friendly + good prices + they do chains. Best place in town to hire for sure! Plus the boss is super lovely! I buggered my knee day 1, so they gave me a full refund on the spot AND then they let me hire walking boots for the week, at the rate of a day hire. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly and accomedating staff!We were scheduled to arrive at 11.40pm, staff was more than happy to assist us. Especially after drive from Sydney straight after work in Sydney on Friday.Staff were super flexible, we could change our boots after 1st day if they weren't the right fit.All equipment rented were top quality, super happy!!
