I went to buy a table and as I live about 800 km away I asked could he wrap it for me in plastic or rugs to protect it..no way he could do that he said...I travelled about 900 km to get a table..transport people want it wrapped before pick up.. I had transport all arranged..there goes that xmas present..never go there again

Always great service, the owner goes above and beyond and is so helpful. We just had our pool table re clothed and new pockets inserted. The result is better than we could have expected. Would highly recommend Aywon Billiards to everyone

Went over Saturday as they were supposed to be open but they were closed so went back today.The guy who was working today was very knowledgeable and patient. I was getting prices for now.I didn't know what prices to expect but they seemed reasonable. Will check the internet later.

Aywon helped me pick out the perfect table design, and organised it to be built new. There was a delay in the build, however staff were honest, apologetic, communicative, and always friendly. They made sure the inconvenience was short, and offered some accessories as consolation. I loved and 10/10 recommend their service. COVID quarantines are a dream with a pool table in the house!

We purchased a table from Aywon and found their service to be more than excellent (would give more stars if it were possible). We recently sold the table and recommended Aywon to transport it to the purchaser. The guys who collected it were so amazing (a million stars for customer service, friendliness, humour, attitude, manners.. the lot). The purchaser confirmed receiving it and could not speak highly enough of Aywon. Thanks for 1st class customer service!! Most definitely recommend Aywon anyday.
