Exceptional Service from manager. He was so patient and knowledgeable in explaining the types of lighting available for my home - did not rush me - and did not at any time push me to buy...rather he gave me information to take home and consider my choices. For this reason I will buy my lighting from Beacon.

Went into beacon lighting today looking for a part to my lamp. The staff member who served me was extremely helpful they didn’t sell the part I required but he had a part that would work he took of a faulty lamp and gave to me free of charge.Great product knowledge and service

Went to get an opinion on a broken lamp. Ended up with a lovely man taking lots of time to help me make a decision. He was friendly, professional and gave me 100% of his expertise and time. Great experience. I'll be back!

I purchased a lamp yesterday and was served by a beautiful lady called Ann. She was so helpful and friendly. The lamp I loved wasn’t in stock but she ordered it for me from another store and I got a phone call today to say it was ready for collection. Picked up my purchase and I am just so happy. Thank you Ann!

Purchased a new fan with light remote and extension rod. Good price globe included and lovely polite service from Raymon. Extensive range of fans would love to replace other fans in my house with those beautiful timber ones. Saw amazing fan for my lounge very intricate have to save up for that one. I will be back.
