Jess helped me transfer my phone plan to Vodafone, and got me a great WiFi plan too. She was very helpful, patient and very lovely to talk with and answered all my questions and queries. Highly recommend as she is very knowledgeable!

Amazing staff tonight!! The staff went above and beyond to support me with meeting my entire families technology needs. They were very honest with costs and helped find ways to save!! Highly recommend this store over others I have dealt with in the area.

My partner and I went into the Shellharbour Vodafone store to return and cancel our 5 g home broadband modem and plan. The customer service assistance named pankil was extremely unhelpful and difficult. He advised us that we need to pay a $442 early exit fee due to breaking a 36 month contract, we advised him that we are on a month to month plan, therefore do not have a 36 month contract. The other employee told us to contact customer care, to which we did and the cancelation team informed us that we were right and did not need to pay any fee to cancel. Pankil was not apologetic but instead looked annoyed and was questioning the cancelation team on the phone. His unprofessionalism and lack of communication and customer service skills made our experience extremely disappointing. We hope no one else has to go through this same experience.

I'm a Telstra customer, but went into store today to help a family member with a changeover to a new phone. We were served by Jess, who went out of her way to help us, meeting all expectations from a customer service point of view. I'm was actually really surprised. Jess is an asset to the store. Well done!

When in the shop, I had a problem with the speaker on my iPhone. Recently my phone arrived and i did not have an invoice on what was fixed or any information about the fixture. I gave in my new phone to the shop and they scratched my phone again on the bottom of the phone (new phone!). They argued and were disrespectful about the situation that was caused. The customer service was atrocious very outraged and phone never was fixed or did I receive a replacement phone. There was to many excuses for me to count the blame was put upon myself even though I was the victim.
