Bought a screen protector lasted one day.For 30 dollars I would of assumed a protector fit for purpose but wasn't. Previous one I had cost 25 but was made of glass unlike the plastic one sold to me this time. Not going here again.

Amazing customer service, the lady working over there is very polite and actually focusing on what customers need and require:) of all things, she did my screen protector within just 2-3 minutes. i would like to highly recommend everyone to visit this kiosk:)))

Paid $40 for a screen protector for my phone! Is it made out of gold or something?I should of taken it off and left but stupidly I was in a hurry. AND it took her ages to put on.Don’t go here. Go to the place at Eastland opposite cotton on its $15 and the lady does it in 1 second

Worst mobile shop ever. They upsold me to a ridiculously expensive $80 screen protector only after applying it did they tell me that my case doesn’t allow the protector to fit properly and the bubbles underneath would “go away” with usage. After an hour of trying to fix it myself by manually pressing the bubbles I gave up, chucked it out, went to the phone shop on the other side near the food court and paid $25 for a glass protector which the man kindly applied perfectly and told me that the case I had would work with it. I really hope people don’t come here…

Worst service, I won't come again !Girl who is doing mobile repair said she will fix my iPhone charging issue in 15 min and she also said, if she can't fix, she won't charge at all. After 15 min when i came back to shop to pick up my iphone, she said, there is issue in charging plug but I spend my 15 min hence I need at-least 50% total charge". When I said no

SCAM!They destroyed my phone and I had to purchase a new one from a simple screen repair. Another phone store has guaranteed that the phone was damaged from a repair that was done and they are totally denying that they could have damaged it. I'll be taking this further with ACCC for compensation

I asked for a screen protector for my s22 ultra, they gave me tempered once which was 40 bucks and I wasn't told of a cheaper option mind you! Asked the guy if it will leave any bubbles or anything underneath, told me no but it DID! turns out tempered glass protectors tend to do that!! and only 2 months in THE PROTECTOR SLID OFF AND WONT GO BACK ON. What a waste I have actually been ripped off

Aditi from Mobile Palace was exceptional. She took her time to find the right iPad cover and also clean and placed my new glass cover in perfectly. Furthermore she gave me a discount because I purchased multiple items she provided such a great customer experience, very caring and very upfront. I’ll only be going here from now on as my one stop shop for mobile accessories.

Horrible experience! Stay away from these guys.I wish I had read reviews here before leaving my phone with them. The damaged my phone from a replacing back glass and battery replacement. The technician broke the new back glass during her process and put a unmatched colour temporary. During the time I was waiting for them to call for same colour I noticed strange screen behaviour which led to a permanent vertical line on the screen.No they refused to accept it is their fault.

Went in for a back glass replacement and walked out with a total broken phone. After the replaced my back glass my phone wouldn't charge and was overheating. Had to buy a new phone as they refused to take any responsibility or fix the charging error that they causedSTAY AWAY!!
