We picked our cat up on a 31 degree day in mid afternoon. The air conditioner in the metal enclosed shed with no ventilation they keep the cats in had not been on all day. When questioned, the owners of the cattery stated they didn't believe it was hot enough to have the air conditioner running.Our cat was dehydrated, lethargic and panting for the rest of the day into the evening.Will never book our cat here again.
