We cannot recommend Dan and the team at My Spa Sydney highly enough. From initial contact about purchasing our spa right through to the finished installed spa and deck. They are so professional. Everything was delivered on time when they said it would be. The quality of our spa is excellent. From start to finish the overall spa purchase and installation experience was great. We would highly recommend MySpa Sydney.

Dan knows his stuff, all the tech, but Sam is the loveliest and friendliest person to meet. Both cannot do enough for you.We've had our spa now for a year. Its easy to use when you first get it, but the test is whether or not it still has value after that initial period.We use it almost every night still, for relaxing, to get rid of the day, to chat and to warm up and cool down.As we hoped, we continue to get perfect service to questions and consumables.After 1 year, it still looks brand new despite constant use, 3 kids and 2 dogs.We cannot recommend Sam and Dan enough, dont go anywhere else.

So even though I didn't buy my spa from here they were super helpful with what chemicals I would need, how to get started and spent the time to explain what I needed to do.Online research maybe would let you get to the resources, but you can not beat talking to a real person. And online savings don't account for the fact that speaking to a real person gets you advice you can really understand that is worth paying for!

Seriously wonderful staff and amazing products but I can't wait 14 months for a pool I would have bought with you guys but your production line has let you down

We have just recently had our works completed for our amazing M5 Workout Extreme by the team at mySpa Sydney @ Castle Hill. It was a breeze to arrange, from initial discussions with Dan and Samantha through to the onsite works by Steve and the boys. I cannot say how happy we are with the finished product!!We did a lot of research before committing to this purchase as it was a large financial commitment for us. After looking at every spa place we could get to in Sydney and comparing things like place of manufacture (for spa), quality of materials, installation and landscaping, legal compliance and piece of mind there was no doubt that MySpa was the only option for us.While the cost of Sapphire Spas may be more expensive than some overseas models it’s great to know we are getting an Australian made product (from Melbourne), made with quality materials and a great local support network. Dan and the team walked us through every step of the way, with all the Covid disruptions, and the end result is a space in our backyard that our whole family loves.

They are extremely professional and nothing is to hard they do everything from start to swim its a one stop shop no hassle its all done for you . I would highly recommend My Spa Sydney to anyone thinking of installing a spa, everything is Australian made and we need to support Australian businesses.

Service was poor and chemicals overpriced. Do your research and buy online instead.

We recently had a spa installed, which included landscaping, a decking area and a firepit area. Daniel and his team were brilliant to deal with from start to finish, with our job being completed earlier than anticipated. Steven, Curt, Blake and Braydon were all very professional, tidy, punctual and kept us informed regularly along the way. The quality of their work is exceptional and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending MySpa Sydney to anyone. Thanks again!
