Came for a Blue Slip, dodgy looking place. Left a mess in my boot after they used my own tools that I keep in my car and didn’t even bother to put them back, they were rolling around in my boot when normally they’re stored underneath in the spare tyre area. Grease marks on the interior of my car. Communication could definitely improve. Overall the did they job but I would go elsewhere for sure!

Great quality service, fast, and well priced.This was the first time servicing my car after a second hand purchase and I was preparing myself for sexism, shoddy pricing and the other things that come with being a young woman sorting out her car.The team were brilliant, efficient and totally transparent with pricing. The costs and parts made sense, and ended up being competitively priced with dealers. I’ll definitely be heading back to the team again!

I have been taking my cars to City Automotive since (I think) 1997. They have always been kind, generous and helpful. The service is superb and the staff are lovely. I wish they were located closer to where I live but that is not their fault!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Ramesh and his team. I loved that they took me through and showed me all the issues they diagnosed while the car was hoisted up. This transparency and genuineness was very reassuring. Very fast turnaround and good, honest service. I will definitely be going back to City Automotive for all future mechanical repairs.
