Appalled at the service of this centre. If the lady at the counter could have glared at my son any harder while he explaining his issue her, her eyes would have fallen out of her head. Then to send him away without treatment is absurd. This forced us to seek treatment in Adelaide which he received immediately. And to suggest your hospital doesn't have the most basic of equipment is simply ludicrous. Shame on you

Presented my 8 month old tube fed baby with an extensive gastrointestinal history, for severe boating and constipation for 5 days with failed attempts of various laxatives. Was made to wait over 3 hours in which that time I could have driven to Womens and Children’s. I ended up leaving in tears as I was the only one in the waiting room.The doctor did not see importance as my daughter was ‘just a baby with constipation’.Well that baby ended up admitted in Women’s and Children’s hospital for 4 days with a bacterial infection in her bowel and a urinary tract infection.Thanks Doc.

Amazing work!I spent an afternoon in the Ed this week and was totally blown away by the dedication of every staff member working! From reception to the Doctors and Nurses. The Ed was like an well oiled machine everyone buzzing around with total professionalism.Everyone being seen was treated with total respect and personal care. It was clear that everyone cared about every patients well-being.Thankyou to all the staff for looking after Wayne, amazing work!
