I owe my sanity to Jake... I arrived with a child who had been having a temper tantrum over new shoes and I'd had to force the issue. We arrived and the magical Jake had him excited, made buying new shoes a joyful experience, it was adorable. JAKE IS MAGICAL. Ask for Jake and you leave with the perfect product and a happy child. I bought a fabric basketball net here that literally disintegrated to powder in 7 months. I gathered up the bits and returned them to the store manager, who offered me another net of the same quality. I declined. The manager suggested next time I buy a metal chain net. I left the store empty handed. I am very unimpressed.I have raised this with my internal teams as feedback for future reference."Really? That's your response? I am an unimpressed customer. I have no interest in your 'internal teams'."

Travelled out of my way to buy a simple pair of weight training gloves.Really didn’t want to spend a great deal of money but the ones in the medium price range were all out of stock in anything other than small.The staff were pretty lame to be honest and seriously didn’t care to be all that helpful.I ended up buying 2 pairs on eBay at a great price and delivered to my home.Don’t know why I bothered to go there.Waste of time and petrol.
