This caravan park was a great little find. The careraker/owner was very caring and obliging. It's a really lovely place with great facilities and camp kitchen, rustic but enjoyable and very clean. We loved it and will be back

Neat little caravan park in the old school grounds at Merriwagga. Nothing flash but clean and tidy. You can wander through the old class room and read about the history of the school.The caretaker is extremely helpful, and will certainly stay there again.

Loved our stay so much. Wish we could of stayed longer. Relaxing outback caravan park, everything is so clean, there’s so much to look at and appreciate and Kel is the best. Merriwagga is a cute town.

Went to make a booking was told they won't have anyone under 16 stay as they would not be covered by insurance so if your over 16 and you hurt yourself you'll be right we have our grandson who is 12 with us so he wasn't welcome either plus we have two medium size dogs who are always on a lead on in the an with us this wasn't allowed either only small yap yap dogs who are rarely on leads.Guess business is good and you don't need the income Definitely won't recommend this park.Oh I was asked if our dogs bark I said only if other dogs run up to them stupid question really.

Great stopover with Kel and a great evening at the pub with some very nice people.Also great food.So much information in the old school room about the history of the school and town and what a wonderful old building that has been built by Kel Fry. Highly recommended.

Stayed last year, choose it as was advertised it had a pool, yet was no pool for guest use, well overpriced for what it isNo cooking facilities in vans just a BBQ outside.

A beaut cabin and overall a perfect place to stay. Lots of history and character around the old school and in the town of Merriwagga. Kel is a great host and the Black Stump Pub is a must visit. Stayed November 2021

We absolutely loved our stay! Our Kid's enjoyed it along with our dog! Owner was lovely and so kind! Place is clean and tidy and so peaceful! Was perfect! Definitely will stay again! We stayed in Cabin 1 and it was lovely!Best outback caravan park for sure!

Met the owner at the Black stump down the road, was a great bloke and had a good chat with him. Great place to stay if your heading though. Has everything you need just bring torches and lights as it gets pitch black out there!Thanks for having us mate, cheers!

owner Kel is very friendly, very nice.The carbin has all the stuff you want, tidy and clean, and nice decoration. The place is fantastic, quite and beautiful. Very glad to stay here for 2nights. There is very nice place to get peaceful, clear sky, and a warm campfire night.
