Terry and his team are awesome to deal with in buying a home. It is our first home, and the asking price was over our budget. Terry could see we liked the house, and said make a offer, you will never know, if you don't, so we did and the owner was generous enough to accept our offer, still within our budget.

He was able to coordinate their schedules and ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance were completed in a timely and efficient manner. Have rented for 4 years and nothing got fixed or done now that I left due to family and domestic violence they want to get me for everything but didn't tend to the house whilst living there chloe and kaz are the worst to deal with by far won't rent through them again

Rented a house through Live n Invest and took good care of it. On vacating they tried to force rectification costs on us for pre-existing issues that both us and them had called out on the inspection checklist and had photos of to prove it. Had a colleague have the same issue with them. Would not recommend renting through this agency and if you do, take a lot of photos and be meticulous with your inspection report as they will be opportunistic on your way out.
