MercyCare Early Learning Centre Bennett Springs

We were fortunate enough to be apart of the wonderful family of Bennett Springs Childcare - Mercy Care. During this time the care my children received was second to none. Working within the Education and Care industry myself I know the importance of parents feeling secure when leaving their children in the care of others and the staff at Bennett Springs supported and cared for my children as if they were they were their own. All the staff in particular Kerri, Jacenta, Courtney, Jasmina & Petrina (just to list a few) have always been warm & welcoming . Any concerns I had they listened to acted immediately. No service is perfect but they come pretty close! Bennett Springs and it’s staff will always hold a special place in our heart.

I was so nervous to leave my boy as he's very shy with new people, 1 week after attending and he was already so comfortable, he loves going to daycare and always puts his arms out for the educators at drop off. Mercycare have been very accommodating to all my sons needs and I know hes being well taken care of while I'm at work. Highly recommend this place for your child.

I have never had any experience with daycare before using Mercy Care in Bennett Springs, except visiting one other centre prior to see their suitability for our daughter.I chose this centre because:Their staff are Always welcoming and friendly,The food menu is varied,I love the mix and integration of all the different cultures, which reflects our own modern day society,The obvious location - close to home and our local shops and the new highway,The professional manner that all staff use in their interactions with children, parents and other carers,The swift response in all communication,And finally how the centre adapted but essentially didn’t change when the manager was away filling in for another manager - from the outside it seemed business as usual.Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely adore this place! We have two children in care and the educators are extremely friendly and caring! The educators genuinely love their jobs and love our children! The centre has a great community culture! Our children love going to daycare and are loved by the educators! Rita is a beautiful person and treats our boy like her own! Jacinta is the centre manager and is absolutely delightful! Gavin, Keely, Danielle are also amazing educators! There are many more names to mention but safe to say all are amazing!!

Our daughter attends this beautiful centre and I couldn’t recommend it high enough. Our little girl is so happy here and the centre is so welcoming and inviting. All of the staff make an effort with the kids in each of the rooms so they all feel comfortable with all of the educators. It’s so lovely to walk into the centre and have all of the educators say hello to your child, know her name and talk to her with genuine interest. It’s hard to leave your child with people other than family but I have never felt more comfortable doing so.We did have some teething issues in the early days, mainly with our level of comfort as parents and knowing what our baby was up to each day but we addressed it with the educators and admin staff and they responded professionally, quickly and have been excellent ever since in meeting our personal needs.My little girl is so settled at the centre, And my newest addition will be attending the centre too when I go back to work.Thank you Mercy Care Bennett springs for your amazing service and genuine care of our baby.

MercyCare ELC Bennett Springs has been absolute game changer for my family! My son attends the centre and suffers from medical conditions that can sometimes make it very difficult for him to socialise and be in a classroom ranging up to focusing and regulating his emotions. The AMAZING staff at Bennett Springs are the most patient, friendly, kind, warm, respectful, professional, engaging people I've ever met. The love, security, education and energy they provide the classrooms and each child is unbelievable, they not only engage with my son but they quite often tailor activities to his needs and interests; they provide him the opportunity to help" around the centre and they really try to maintain a positive and happy atmosphere/environment for the kids. I would highly recommend this early learning centre to everyone who is looking for a place for their child to not only learn

My daughter goes to this centre and I feel secure and peaceful when I leave her there, knowing that she will feel safe and supported as the educators in the baby room, especially the room leader Anna, look after her with all the best they can. So blessed to have found this place for her as the start of her education.

The staff here are incredible, the toddler and kindy staff in particular are amazing (that is where my children are). They are so caring, always make us feel welcome and are truly the best daycare experience we have come across, and we have been through several centers in the area. Highly recommend!

i worked here through an agency and the staff were completely unprofessional, failing to follow simple policies and procedures, unfair to the children

I take my child to this centre every week and I could not be happier! My child is always coming home with a smile on her face. The staff all greet me when I come and leave, super friendly! They address any queries and make me feel comfortable leaving my child in their hands. I recommend this centre to any one in which is looking for a place to take care of there child.
