KD cycles were amazing. There service was second to none. They even went to extra lengths to ensure my daughter would receive her bike on order for Christmas. Best shop ever used.

Went in there to buy a new seat ($55) this morning… asked the young fella if I bought it could he put it on my bike for me now (I rode down)… His reply was ‘not until this arvo as I’ve got other things to do’… Changing a seat is as simple as undoing a single Allen key - two minutes at best… I left the seat there, won’t ever walk into that shop again…

Wegot a rear specialized epic hub rebuilt at KD cycles and it failed a short time later, approximately 3months, and when I took it back I was told that the axel was broken and that had created the problem. As such I was to pay for the whole rear hub rebuild again.I took it to another bike shop and sure thing the axel was fine and it just needed bearings same as last time KD fixed it and failed to warrant their work.. what a joke

KD's got a very helpful & friendly team. Christina, Daniel and all the other team members are very helpful and are always fun to talk to. Their customer service is great! Definitely one of the best bike shops around!

Been using this shop since 2014. With a large stock of products and friendly staff, it's become my first port of call for anything bicycle related. If they haven't got it, I'm prettu sure they can get pretty quickly.They recently serviced and inspected my recumbent following a fall from a cycle carrier. The work was carried out professionally and the quality was high. They told me what was required to be done, what they could help with and what they couldn't.Very happy with the service.

Went in to get a wheel fixed, got home and the back wheel fell off, damaged part on the rear of the bike. Got charged to get their stuff up fixed, not happy Jan, got treated like “to was probably your fault”. You have lost a customer of 5 years.

I participated in the Dwellingup 100 on the weekend and experienced a mechanical about 25kms in. I slowly made my way back to Dwellingup and went to the KD Cycles tent requesting assistance. The guys had my bike fixed up and ready to go in time to have a crack at the 40km race. They were very helpful and without them my weekend would've been ruined. If I lived closer to Rockingham I'd be using these guys to service my bike for sure.

Can’t fault the service - there is none.Friday 2pm 15 Jan 2021I was in the shop for 5mins, 2 staff and 0 other customers. No one approached me, acknowledged me or anything. Was ready to buy 2 bikes. Not spending my money here.It seems like they get a lot of good reviews so maybe it’s just me.- Update, 2 bikes purchased from Fleet in Mandurah, brilliant service & would highly recommend.

Went in to buy a couple of kids bikes for my daughters. Had a great chat with Daniel about all the different types of bikes on the market and the pros and cons. No sales push, just a straight chat about which one would suit for each kid.Went back the following day and the service was great. Both bikes ready to be picked up, and then when I asked some “newbie” questions for myself, Daniel took the time to walk me through everything I asked.Shopping with these guys has been the best customer service/sales experience I’ve had in a long time. I would recommend visiting the store to anyone for anything, even if it’s a chat about local cycling knowledge.
