I just had my passenger window replaced by Byron Smash Repairs at a very competitive price. Craig was friendly and quoted me on the phone without having to drive all the way to BSR, check my car, take photos, etc. I went with him because of the competitive price and very happy with the job.

Just collected my car from Craig and Sherry at Byron Bay Smash repairs. A truck ploughed into my car while parked, causing a lot of hidden damage to moving parts. It was diagnosed successfully and is now in perfect condition. Genuine parts were used and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle during the repairs. Thank you guys. Very happy.

Ethical & honest people which can be hard to find when you are female with car problems. We get all our cars fixed here. Craig was especially helpful after my car was written off in an accident, when the insurance companies were less than honest.

The absolute best place to go if you need help with your car . Craig is an absolute legend . Honest , kind and full of knowledge . The other staff are brilliant as well . If I lived 45 minutes out of Byron I would still go here . Even for a free quote they will give you advice that will help you so much and you probably won’t get elsewhere . Insurance companies and other parties tend to leave you without answers but these guys have so much experience they will help you with any questions you ask . I would rate this company even higher if I could . Btw I am a company owner myself and get fleet vehicles repaired here as well as personal vehicles .

I’ve used Byron smash a few times, they have always been straight up honest and decent. Always been happy with the finished product. About to use them for a 4x4 under body sanitise and rust protection as I take my car on the beach. As always Craig was straight up and no hassle.

Craig was awesome to deal with. Super friendly service and had my car fixed quicker than I expected. They picked me up and dropped me off to the car hire service. They did a great job replacing the panels on my car and they left my car looking very clean & my car even looked newer than when I left it there.Would highly recommend
