Instyling Hair

I have been here a few times. Yesterday was the worst experience. I made an appointment for 1pm with Rosie. I waited 20 minutes while she cut someone else's hair. When she had finished and got me, she didn't apologise for keeping me waiting. She is very slow at colour and foils. At the end, I was told that it was $220. I advised that I normally pay $140. She said that it was because of full head of foils which I had said that I wanted. I said that I hadn't said anything of the sort. Ended up paying $200. I won't be having Rosie do my hair anymore. The only thing that is making me go back one more is to get the information of the colours used so that I can go elsewhere

Pleasant welcome. Very slow, advertised price for blow dry was $30, yet I was charged $50. Never had such a poor blow dry anywhere and not certain the woman was a trainee!

Unprofessional and terribly done haircuts! I've been to this store, many times in the past. My face got burnt from them drying my hair, hair unevenly cut. My mum's hair was also ruined and we both overheard him bad mouthing customers being racist (assuming they wanted free haircuts because they're Asian) when they only asked about the price. Also sexist as well! Appalled by this and will never go back. Don't waste your money.

Worst experience in a hair salon. They advertise a price on the sign then charge $30 more. The woman Rosie has no idea how to put foils in hair and the colour was disgusting. I tried to explain it and she wouldn’t listen. $149 for a rubbish hair colour. Never ever go there. If I had read the reviews before going there I would gone to a different place. Total rip off. and it’s called stealing. They don’t accept eftpos so it’s only cash and this is why so they avoid a record of service. Dodgy place and needs to be looked into by consumer affairs which I am calling tomorrow. I feel sorry for the next person they rip off. Very bad way to run a business.DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY

I had a disapponting experience in May. I arrived for my appointment which I had booked 7 weeks earlier only to be told that my hairdresser Rosie was busy doing a walk in. I did not mind the fact that Rosie was doing someone else's hair it was the tone and rudeness that the old male person delivered it to me. It was like I wasn't important and that he was going to find someone else who was not busy to do my hair. Rosie came over to tell me that it was not her idea and she apologised many times. I got my hair done, but told them I would not return. It's a shame that because of the rude old man I will not be returning. Maybe management need to train him on our to treat clients.

Honestly I had a great experience at this hairdresser on Monday. Service was fantastic - I didn't have to have multiple people doing my hair because they overbooked. Had one dedicated person who listened to what I wanted and didn't charge the earth for it. I will definitely be going back.

Great job done for my colour correction as I also have had henna in my hair, a very nice older gentlemen looked after me and I was happy with the results his cutting skills are exceptional and skillful.. The price was reasonable unlike other places who sometimes can't get the right mixture of colours and charge 170+.

HiI went to this Saloon for hair colour, I wanted red and brown mixed colour. The manager was quite rude and had attitude issues. During hair wash, the staff did it too hard, I felt like all my hair will fall out. After hair wash, just a little bit of blow dried and wasn’t combed or put any shiny oil. And if I wanted to straightens it, they would charge extra. Pathetic treatment, I will never go in there again.

Good enough barber. Only problem on the sign it says $30 for style cut. Yet the barber thought he would treat himself to a $5 tip. Was charged $35. First and last time for me. This was just a quick in and out haircut for me as I was picking my son up. Didn't have time to wyne about the $5 overcharge. Great way to conduct a business.

Went for a Hair appointment with a client who also has an appointment. Rude service, poor skills, I was left with very uneven hair, my client has chemically straightened hair was an expensive disaster that did not even deliever straightened hair. After contact to rectify the issue, was refused service and banned us from the store for their own fault. No reimbursement was offered for their mistake, nor any help to fix the situation.
