I have had such fantastic support from this Wynnum office. Especially Christine and Nina. Nina has gone out of her way to make sure that I am comfortable with all the steps I’ve taken, and I am now employed thanks to her help. Very much recommended

From my first contact, the staff at HELP Wynnum/ Capalaba have been fantastic. When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. They genuinely want to help; they listen and care and do their utmost to secure a job for you taking into consideration specific needs or circumstances of your family. (I have received valued feedback, insights and advice time and time again.) In their absence, other HELP staff have been happy to answer questions or take a message. You always get a call or email back in answer to your enquiry. For first rate career guidance and help finding a job, there is no better. You aren't just a number or one of many. Excellent customer service. A complete understanding of jobseeker needs and as a sufferer of severe anxiety I had no Issues at all. The whole time I was in the office I felt completely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great place. Crystal is the most helpful compassionate worker I have come across in my 6 years of working with job agencies she really went above and beyond to secure me a position I could only hope for would definitely recommend her services to anyone seeking employment.

I appreciate all the support I received from Wayne in Help2Support. Initially I appreciated the friendly contact, the coaching, the job seeking training, the general job seeking advice and support. I am extremely grateful for the payment of my course to seek employment. Now, I am so thankful for the Mobility office equipment supplied to me (at my place of Employment). They treat people like absolute garbage. My son is disabled and I am on the NDIS waitlist. The line is so long the only support we could receive was jobseeker. Not only is it impossible to actually get in contact with anyone at help Wynnum, but when you do, the staff are rude, have no clue what to do, and treat you as though you're only there to waste their time.

Help agency Wynnum have been awesome. Helping me with everything I need to find employment especially Teegan & Bonnie. They have been unbelievably awesome.

I would just like say that crystal white and the team at wynnum help employment are a great team of staff... they will go out of their way to help and are appreciative and respectful at all times... I would not be where I am today with out the help of crystal and the team... absolute great bunch of people who will do whatever they can to get you employed... thank you very much...

I want to thank Wayne and crystal for all their help they have done for me, helped me gain a job and even drove me to my interviews. In everyway they have helped out thank you both so much :)
