The best real estate company / real estate agents in Canberra. Very professional (especially Abbey OHalloran-Kemp) who helped find our first rental in ACT. They were the most thorough (had updates every step of the way) and they were kind and had that personal touch (unlike other agents). We are very happy with Civium. Had the best AGM experience with our new Strata Manager Melanie Nunes recently after changeover of a couple of different managers. Melanie was in control chairing the meeting. She was prepared and knew her job well. Melanie has very good communication skills. She listened to our needs and she was quick to come up with an answer for everyone. She was calm, polite and friendly. The meeting finished on time. She made notes of our requests and ensured us the jobs will be done. As per her request, I sent her a photo of the job requiring contractor to come back to fix and the job was done the next day. Great work!!

Super smooth experience with Civium in getting the desired rental property! I really appreciate Abbey for the inspection and getting the approval in a day's time, even when I was far away from the lease commencement date!
