Totally Workwear Bankstown

I really enjoyed shopping for my steel cap boots here. The energy and vibe of the team were very helpful and attentive and they didn't take everything too seriously. They all looked like they enjoyed working there and they helped me so much with my selection of boots. One thing I think that could be improved on is perhaps putting less stock on the floor as it was hard to navigate and see what I was after from it being quite crowded. Other than that, I think I would recommend others from getting their PPE from their friendly staff.

I walked into the store at around 4pm today. Upon arriving i noticed two staff members. A young lady and a gentlemen with a beard. The young lady was serving another customer where as the gentleman appeared a little too busy on his phone to assist me with my enquiries. The lady let the gentleman know that i was there with which he replied “okay” and continued to type on his phone for a few moments before assisting me. I noticed the young ladies frustration with the situation as i wasnt the only other customer in the store yet it appeared that she was having to serve us all.

Best customer service, great value and range! This place has a good variety of clothing to suite all needs. The shoes in particular needed to be steel capped, which they had many varieties of.... Angelo stayed with us the whole time and made us try different sizes until we were comfortable, never knew there were that many differences between so many brands.... Thankyou! Totally awsome place. Wouldn't have made the same choices without that extra support from staff.

Excellent service with really knowledgeable staff. Anthea and Nicole were fantastic. Will definitely be back. The place has a massive range also.

Visited this store today with my partner. The best shopping experience in along tine. The staff all 5 of them 4 girls and a guy very helpful, great customer service and the best laugh i have had in a long time. I would employ any of you. Congratulations and to the owner of this business the staff should be reorganised for their great work.

Assisted by the amazing staff at a Totally Workware Bankstown today and I have to say the level of service is downright amazing -cheers Rob & Anthea: for letting me bother you !!

I initially contacted the store by phone to ensure they had the product I was looking for. The lady who answered my call, Anthea, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was going to ring around other stores in my area, but Anthea was just bursting with enthusiasm that I decided to pop into store today and see what they had in stock and suited my little odd feet.Well. Anthea certainly met my expectations when I arrived. She remembered my call, knew exactly the type of shoe I was after, got the right size first go and was completely engaged with me. No straying off topic, still friendly, but just right. They have a great range of shoes - something to suit every type of foot.I will definitely be attending the store again to see if they have any uniforms that I can wear at work as well.
