Highly recommend Bubs and Grus and going into the Cannon Hill store. Claire is so wonderful and helpful. I was going to order online but I’m so glad I went in and saw Claire. She answered all my questions and gave very helpful information and insight on the items I was purchasing. Extremely happy with the whole experience and the items we ended up purchasing.

Nikita and the selection is fantastic, our first child and first lot of big furniture shopping, she made the experience a heck less stressful seeing as it took us almost 3 hours to make a decision, she happily organised a deal and answered every question we threw at her with a smile and open mind.Worth every penny service wise.Pick up the set within the next 2 weeks; having the displays to touch and practise with helped greatly in design, colour and durability decisions.

As first time parents we were totally overwhelmed with buying all the essentials for our baby- until we visited this store! Claire was the most helpful, patient person and her product knowledge was outstanding! She stepped us through all the different options for each of the products we needed. This store is excellent- we ended up purchasing our cot, mattress, change table, pram, car seat and numerous bits and pieces! We will definitely back! Thank you for taking the stress out of baby shopping!

We visited Bub's & Crubs this afternoon with my husband. As a first time parents, we had a lot of questions and got fantastic professional service from Judy and Nikita.The store has good range of high quality baby products and some European brands, which are not available elsewhere.Highly recommend for any smaller or bigger baby purchases.
