Glass Shop Perth

I ordered a 1800mm x 1500mm portable mirror on 15/02/23 which I paid $1,164 upfront for (order #2705) that I was told at the time of purchase that the lead time for delivery of my order was approximately 4 weeks and that they will be processing my order immediately.It has now been 5 weeks and the only update I have received (which was on 22/02/23 a month ago) is that my order has been processed. I have sent emails, tried calling, and left a voicemail but am not receiving any communication as to where my order is or if it's coming at all.I wasn't planning on leaving a review but based on the other review posted here from another customer who is unable to get in contact after paying upfront, it seems like the only way to receive a response or any communication (which I would really appreciate) is to do so.

I ordered large gym mirrors on the 20/01/2023, which i paid upfront for $1395.36 order #2691. The owner told me they were busy and would have them installed towards the end of February.I have had no contact from them since the 06/02/2023. They wont respond to my emails or phone calls. I have emailed them multiple times and left voicemails, none of which get replied to.

Not only was Glass Shop Perth competitively priced, but they were also local to Perth so rather than waiting for shipping (especially mid covid) and then having to install it ourselves, their wonderful team had our mirrors ready within 5 days and ready to install! The installation itself was quick and clean, and the mirrors look amazing. What an improvement! Thank you.

On 16 March I ordered and paid for a tabletop glass(Order no. 2719) To date (31 March) I have not receivednor heard from these people. Are they scamming me.Why can’t you answer me if you are running a legitimate business?
